Sybil Attack
Creating many fake wallets to farm a single airdrop multiple times.
A sybil attack is creating many wallets to farm one airdrop multiple times. Projects actively filter for it, because a distribution captured by bots fails its purpose.
Detectors look for identical behaviour: the same actions, the same amounts, the same timing across addresses. One wallet with genuine, varied activity consistently outperforms a dozen with dust.
